Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The Sinfonia Suite is a beautiful room with a nice balcony. Even though we only stayed one night we could visit a lot of Hanoi‘s attractions because the staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful advice on how to navigate this buzzing city.

Service was excellent!! The staff are nice and helpful. They speak English very well and some can speak Chinese too so you have less to worry about the language barrier. Its located in the central of Hanoi which is convenient to walk around the Old Quarter.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations and was designed nicely with a 5* luxury feel service/hospitality. The hotel itself is quite new as the associate had mentioned that it’s been open for about 6 months. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well decorated.

Five star dining experience 🌟

Lovely experience! Breakfast was included as part of my hotel booking. Coffee was excellent. The breakfast spread was superb – lots of fresh fruit, fresh juice, and Vietnamese and American options. The staff – especially Hai Vu – were attentive and accommodating.

Excellent Experience with Great Service Being Delivered!

Excellent experience! We spent three nights here on leisure and I must say that everything was amazing. The location of the hotel is close to the old quarter as well as the uncountable nice cafes in town. As for the room, even though being small but it was surprisingly comfortable.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

The hotel was lovely. Very black and white French influence. We booked a suite which had interesting if not scenic views. It was very large, over 15m long! Shower was powerful and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The sky bar looked nice but have to say the Sinfonia Del Rey sky bar is better having views of the Lake.

Great stay, and great staff!

The hotel is super conveniently located near Old Quarters, and you can really experience the city just walking around the nearby vicinity. We were able to get to many locations and food spots we wanted to even by walking so that's a big plus. Room-wise, it's spacious and clean, and there's a really regal feel to the interior.
