The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking. Online booking by the Client implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, the expression ‘The client’ means the person, firms or company booking the accommodation at the Hotel.

Child Policy

Complementary for child under 05 years old, sharing bed with parents, including breakfast, baby cot can be set up upon request and subject to availability.

Surcharge VND235,000/night including breakfast for child from 05 – 11 years old, sharing bed with parents.

Surcharge VND587,000/night including breakfast and extra bed for child if extra bed is requested.

Reservation Policy

Check-in time: From 14h00. Early check in before 14h00 will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate. If check in before 06h00, 1 (one) full night of paying rate shall be applied.

Check out time: Before 12 noon. Late check out until 18h00 will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate. Late check out after 18h00, 1 (one) full night of paying rate shall be applied.

Day Use Room

Day use room will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate for use between 11h00 and 18h00 of the same day. Arrival before 11h00 and departure after 18h00 of the same day will be fully charged 1 (one) night paying rate.

Cancellation/Amendment

1 – 7 rooms	Before 07 days prior check in date	No cancellation charge

8 – 20 rooms	Before 30 days prior check in date	No cancellation charge
	30 – 15 days prior to check in date	50% charge of 1 night rate
	14 days prior to check in date	100% charge of 1 night rate
For all bookings	No-show	100% charge on total booking

Deposit & Payment

Unless a credit is established, full payment to Hotel is required to complete before “No cancellation charge” deadline for each group size or based on our official confirmation prior to check in date by Hotel. If the bookings are confirmed less than the “No cancellation charge” date, Clients shall make full payment within that mentioned date or such a shorter time to ensure that Hotel has received full prepayment for all bookings before the guests check in.

Hotel reserves the right to release part or all bookings if the payment is not completed as deadline.

Deposit and payment can be made via bank transfer to the bank account of the hotel as follow:

Other Conditions

Act of God

In the event of an Act of God or unpredictable events against which it is powerless or which is beyond reasonable control like calamities, fire, etc., the party concerned (The Hotel or Clients) shall be released from its obligations without compensation.

Transfer of Guests

In the event of Force Majeure or other technical calamities, Hotel may be unable to provide rooms for guests with confirmed reservations.

In such case, Hotel will attempt to assist Clients to its best abilities by either transferring to another hotel within the hotel group of the same category and standard, or, if this is not possible, to another hotel of the similar category and standard. Hotel will bear any reasonable transport and other costs incurred on the occasion of transferring to another hotel in the same destination. Before transferring, Hotel will immediately inform Clients. Clients commit to communicate and cooperate well with Hotel to the best interest of Clients. In the event of the before mentioned circumstances, Clients further reserves the right to cancel any such bookings without cancellation charges. Clients will be responsible for any transfer to other properties. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Parties here to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Hanoi in all matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
