Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

The Sinfonia Suite is a beautiful room with a nice balcony. Even though we only stayed one night we could visit a lot of Hanoi‘s attractions because the staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of helpful advice on how to navigate this buzzing city.

The winning point of this hotel is definitely the staff. The guest relation officer Ms Lena Nguyen went out of her way to gave us tips and list down cafes for us to visit.

Highly recommend La Sinfonia Majesty Hanoi Hotel!

Our experience from check in to check out was outstanding. Check in was a dream, I just loved how they assist you with a map of interesting places to visit as well as recommended places to eat. We tried a few and they sure are the best!
