Will I get the room on the photograph, and do the rooms correspond to those in the photographs?

We cannot guarantee that you will get the exact same room, but the room types are identical.

Can I request a specific location for my room (a specific floor, views, etc.)?

We will try the best to arrange the room as your request if possible.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, the room rate includes breakfast and welcome drink and snack set also.

Is it possible to enter a room prior to check-in (2 p.m.) or stay in the room longer on the departure date? How much does this cost?

If the room is unoccupied, the hotel may approve earlier entrance/extend your stay. 50% or more of the room rate may be charged.

Are extra beds/children’s beds available?

Extra beds are available in rooms which include this in their description. Children’s beds come at an extra charge of $25 per day.

General Is the parking lot at the hotel?

Our bellman will support guests to go to the parking lots near by the hotel. The parking fee will be covered by guests.

What is the transfer charge?

Around is $50 and one way $25. For other cases, please contact our Reservation Centre for the price of transfers.

What is the charge for WLAN internet access?

WLAN is free in all areas of the hotel.

Is it possible to book a tour at the hotel?

Certainly, we have a tour desk at the lobby. Guests will be consulted to choose a suitable tour as requests.

Are pets allowed in hotel?

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

If I change the date of my stay, will this affect the price?

All such questions should be directed to our Reservation Centre for more detailed specific and correct response.

Can I exchange money at the hotel?

Guests will be guided at the reception desk.

Health Is there any hospital near by the hotel?

Yes, it takes only few minutes by car from the hotel to hospitals. If the guest needs English speaking doctors, we recommend the two Vietnamese French hospital and Family Clinic Hospital.

How will medical emergencies be dealt with?

You will be immediately taken to the nearest international clinic or hospital for an immediate examination and appropriate treatment according to the terms of your insurance.
